Yes. One of these years there'll be something like that which does not require a norte americano credit card, nor an US address, nor anything else over that way. Credit card companies are international, I see no reason why online payment companies can't be.

And if it's Yahoo, in combination with, say, Visa, Diner's and Amex, well, so much the better for them.
