*Golden eyes blink softly and he sits, watching her pad off. He, too, wasn't much of a socialist...more of a rogue...a loner than anything. He had never really been at home in the pack...always more at peace alone than with the others. He rises again, wading into the rushing water, muscular legs holding strongly against the current. He lowers his head, noticing a dark shadow in the water. Suddenly in a flash of gray and a splash of water, his head rose, dripping, yet between his teeth, a fat, silvery fish struggled vainly. He pads out of the water, dropping the fish on the bank and rushing in with a swift bite to end his prey's life. He shakes off the water and sits, eating the fish.*
