straightening out the leg, using pins to keep it in place before stiching it up, then straps it up, also strapping the hind leg, and casting the other front.
checks his breathing and finds it shallow, turns up the oxygen content on the air mixture, checks over the poor dog one last time then steps back, waiting for him to come around.
