I think this is a little messed up... The pups are 7 weeks old so she couldn't still have one in he, that's a physcial impossibility. You might want to ask the patient stuff before you start operating, that's how vets killed my cat. They didn't ask what was wrong and pronounced him irrepairably ill and put him to sleep and we later got tst results from the lab and found out it was simply digestive problems and not feline lukemia. She was beaten by an old owner, the wounds are whip marks. The three puppies she had were all out by her side when Shawnea found her. I think there was a lot of confusion...
