*Gets a tube of ointment and rubs it all around the rope burn to soothe the itching and pain, plus heal it faster. she takes a roll of gauze and wraps it around his/her neck then covers it with vet wrap, making sure it wasn't too tight but would stay on.*I'll send the ointment and gauze home with you Samantha so you can change it 2 times daily. Just rub some ointment on and apply new gauze and wrap.*She checks the Otter's breathing again, not hearing the gurgly sound he heard before she nods*Thanks Samantha, I think she'll be fine.*Tries to soothe the duckling to see if the swelling on it's leg had gone down so she could check it out*
