It is about time that the Direct TV for Latin America and specifically Puerto Rico, make some negotiating to include the UPN channel in the programming. It is the perfect complement for Spike TV aka TNN where we can see WWE RAW and we need UPN in order to see WWE SMACKDOWN. Thank You.
