 The only way to get UPN in Puerto Rico is to get DishNetwork and add the Superstation option to the basic Network Package. There are two UPN affiliates in this package: WSBK from Boston and WWOR from Seacaucus, NJ. I have not missed any of my favorite UPN programs for more than three years now!
