Hola;

Tienen un buen servicio, su personal muy atento, pero hace un mes me trato de comunicar con "servicio al cliente" y est� ocupado. Pago el internet de 512, quisiera tenerlo, pero me han estado dando el menor... He probado con varias pc, creyendo que era esta, pero no. He ido a la oficina en Hatillo y me dicen "Servicio al cliente". Les agradecer� que me resolvian esto ya, es dinero para m�. Adem�s de que �ltimamente se cae el sistema y no tengo ni cable ni internet.
�Vamos, son una empresa muy profesional y saben tratar al cliente! No caigan en los h�bitos de la competencia, creo en ustedes. Espero me resuelvan esto o me acrediten lo que he pagado. Gracias, muy amables!
