i'm pretty sure you start with the net income of 2100. This plus the difference in depreciation from 94 and 95 (9600-8200=1400) and the rest should = 4500.
(NI)2100 + (Dep)1400 + (AR)800 - (Inv)600 + (AP)1400 - (Accrual) 600 = 4500.
