To solve 11.2, I set up a spreadsheet and calculated NPV's for costs of capital ranging from 0% to 100% and made a chart. I sent it under a separate email. That's really the easiest way to solve multiple IRR problems. Luckily, with spreadsheets the way they are, it's fairly costless (unlike in the "bad old days" where you had to do it by hand and plot them out by hand).
