Here's the process: (hint: you don't need '00-'01 change in RE. You want projected dividend for '02.)
Take '01 sales and find Net Profit (500)(.04)= 20
then, find projected '02 Net Income (20)(1.3)= 26
Half of NI goes to dividends: 13
Add this to your change in liability find difference b/t change in TA.
