For the one-day per week classes (at least mine), You should have read chapters 2 and three and done the problems from chapter 2. Of course, doing the chapter 3 ones would also be worthwhile, since you'd be ahead of the game. For the minimester class, on monday we will ahve finished chapter 3 and will starting chapters 4 & 5.
