Why can't human beings keep an open mind. We don't even know how we got here in the first place....we are told that the bible has all the answers! well who wrote the bible anyway? and how do we know it's all true? it's a big long story (fairy tale )that the ancient arabs wrote thousands of years ago.
Just like this. I tell my best friend that I saw my sister's husband with another woman.
My best friend then tells her friend that she knows that her friends husband is having an affair, and then she tells her friend that, that her friends friend told her that her friends sisters husband is having an affair and has an illagitimate child! and then, her friends friend friend, says that her friends sister's husband is having an affair with another woman and he has two illagitimate children who live in the country!!!!!.....and then she heard that they all moved to an isolated island somewhere in the pacific and started up their own coffee shop!!!!!!!! So we all know that stories get a little out of proportion! so, who has the proof that the bible is not out of proportion??? maybe at one stage it was true...but then over the years it became a little over the top! because i am sure no-one can walk on water, or turn water into wine and so on....come on...who has seen this happen? I am sure there was a man who walked this earth and his name was Jesus....and I am sure he was probably a wonderful guy, who spoke words of great wisdom, and he had many followers, but back in those days, times were very primitive, and things that happened like....rainbows, floods, thunder....were so called signs from the gods!! a rainbow was supposed to mean (no more floods) well, we still get many of those rainbows today, so does that mean that the gods were wrong??????? Keep an open mind to other possibilities, for we really don't know anything for sure!!!!!!.
