On Saturday the 15th of December, 1PM Sydney Time the Night's Watch will be holding a Christmas Party in a secret location that most players have never seen before. (it's in Trammel... and that's all I'll say!) Silvershade will be the host of the party, and we will be gating people to the secret location from Castle Black starting at 12:45PM. If you are unsure as to where Castle Black is, visit our website http://embark.to/nw . In the About NW section there is a location page, on the location page is a map detailing where Castle Black is. As part of the celebrations we shall be staging a few fun events: Kegger Contest: Contestants shall line up at the bar and a keg shall be placed in front of them. The keg will be filled with the most vile mix of beer, cider and spirits (lesser poison) and contestants must drink the keg as fast as they can. Hangover cure potions will be available. Each contestant will be given 1 empty bottle, and when told to begin you are to fill your bottle and drink as fast as you can. The winner is the first to empty their keg and step back from the bar. Pie Eating Contest: Each contestant will have a stack of pies placed on the table in front of them. The contestants will eat as many pies as they can and then step back. The person to eat the most pies first wins. Solo Warrior Competition: One on one warrior tourney. Standard TOW 1.26 rules with the exception of no poisoning at all. It will be a round robin event, all entrants shall fight everyone once. An entrance fee of a check for 1,000 gold is payable to the organiser before the event begins. The warrior with the most wins shall be declared the Christmas Tournament Champion Warrior. In the event of a tie, the tied contestants shall fight in a second round till there is a clear winner. The winner shall be awarded all gold collected from the entrance fees, plus 25,000 gold. Solo Mage Competition: One on one mage tourney. Standard TOW 1.26 rules, with no area effect spells nor summoning. It will be a round robin event, all entrants shall fight everyone once. An entrance fee of a check for 1,000 gold is payable to the organiser before the event begins. The mage with the most wins shall be declared the Christmas Tournament Champion Mage. In the event of a tie, the tied contestants shall fight in a second round till there is a clear winner. The winner shall be awarded all gold collected from the entrance fees, plus 25,000 gold. Betting Competition: There will be a book run on the tourney events in the spirit of the event. To avoid the necessity of the bookmaker carrying a large sum of gold to and from the event, bets will be a static amount of 100 gold. Christmas Presents: If people attending would like to bring along presents for others, please bring them in a small bag with a book detailing who it's from and who it's for. There will be some crates available for you to place your present bags in, and then Santa will then be handing out presents to all the good boys and girls after the tourney! Other Events: Other events may occur on the day without planning so come prepared for anything! The Danaan Rangers and the Knights of Vymorna are invited to join the Night's Watch in this event. This is the thread to post accepts to the tourney event singular and if I get few 3 team (Entries PVP or my events)I will have extra games while the main tourney is going on to keep things running and we can all have some fun. Team events can be any 3 char classes and will be timed (so they dont drag on) and event directives will be posted for it if numbers are there. It is entirely up to guild members how well this event will work since it is player orientated! The time for coming together is now or never... Get a team or have a play in the singles championship, our rules are fair and just and will be a fun day if ppl want it to be!! This day will be made by those whom wish to enjoy it and those that just wish to be around a few ppl they have shared some good times and some ressing Silvershade!
