A Canis-Warrior male enters, stepping lightly with his muzzle held proudly, broad wings furled close to his flanks. Fur a bright cherry-red, feathers gold, tangerine, and fire-engine red, and intelligent orbs emerald, this stranger is rather noticeable in the dark, almost gloomy setting of the Library. However, Washi spots the two Dracai, and though he knows not their kind, he gives them their privacy and pads in a wide arc around them. His shaggy head lowers as a dread scent confirms what his heart had already known - Sake has passed. Plumed tail and noble muzzle drooping, the Canis slinks towards the shrouded body of his old friend. He stops, planting his broad paws firmly on the floor to support his shaky self, and stares mournfully.

"Sake..." he sighs heavily, unable to speak for a moment as tears trace damp paths down his muzzle and drip off his whiskers. Reverently, he moves one paw to draw back the cover a little bit, so he can see her face once more. The greyed muzzle seems tilted in a warm, satisfied smile, and there are no pain-lines to be seen. Washi heaves another sigh, this one tinged with relief. "So you died well, mri'fa. I am glad. I hope..." Choked for a moment, the warrior shakes his head, swallows hard, then continues, "I hope I meet you when I die. You always did believe our spirits continued, Sake. May yours be free." Bowing his head in grief, the brightly-furred male tastes salt and tears for a long moment, before, without looking up, he replaces the shroud over the Wolven's face. "Fare thee well, Sake. I'll miss you."

Getting a grip on the sadness within, Washi steps backwards and turns, lifting his sculpted head with an effort to look around at the dark library. Speaking almost to himself, he whispers, "Terole has lost their seer. They need a new one." A glance to the pair of reptilian Terolians re-affirms their position and hopefully, their lack of interest in one middle-aged Canis-Warrior. Lupine ears finally prick upright, and the male raises his tail to its customary slung position, the sleek golden blade still razor-sharp. "Sake trained me." His emerald eyes slowly lose their grief and regain their habitual brightness. "Well then. I must see the Governor." With a sharp, decisive nod, the Canis sidles into a lope, out the door and with only one more tear slipping onto the winds as he begins to track the Governor's scent.

*Entering the library silently and hopefully without detection of his invisible frame, he sifts through the inhabitants of the library quickly, dark grey eyes searching for a being of his own species. Suddenly they stop on an 8 foot blue frame, and his brow furrows deeply at the thought of having to accompany a female. Scowling greatly, he gets up and steps closer, still camoflauged expertly by his scales. When ten feet away from the blue he shifts back to his normal grey coloring, visible once again. Eyes locked reproachfully on Mahaah, he speaks. "Blue one, I am Taio. I have orders from a Guardian and the Governor to take you back with me to the Den. There is war in the Tri-System, and we are needed." He narrows his eyes. No doubt a blue would reject the idea of fighting, but he waits... to his impatience... for the other to reply.

*It takes a moment for the old librarian to hear Apollo's voice, though in her mind she knows what has happened. Regretfully, she opens her gold eyes, and nods, her body stiff from the prolonged stillness. "Akartis will be fine without my help, and Korats need their healing trances. However, he needs the strength to heal and a boost to help his system." Rising stiffly, the Wolven prowls over to a shelf, and snatches two tied bundles. "Here. The red one," she nods to the one marked with a red streak, "will give him strength. The yellow will boost his healing system." Sake moves to hand them over before she freezes, eyes glazing over as a vision consumes her. Then, smiling strangely, she nods to Apollo. "These will work. But move quickly and get Akartis to the Sanctuary. I am no healer, but there are those with that talent there." The dark-furred elder hands the two satchels to the Lepunihorn, then turns to stare unseeingly at a wall of books, muzzle still wreathed in that mysterious smile.*

Feline agility kicks in and he crouches, leaps, and brings the book safely down to the ground. Twas the book that held the knowledge of the Coin of the Realms. He felt it his duty to help his planet his planet, and if research was all he could physically manage for the moment, then he would research till the chaos was over.*

*The old Wolven sits on a black cushion, gnarled hands resting on the opposite shoulder. Her earth-coloured fur seems more tinged with grey as each minute passes, and her brows draw together as she concentrates harder. The Shadowland... ahh, things were progressing nicely. Lake M'r'ane... Akartis was still alive, which was something in itself. These places on Terole were near and free, easy to see within the window of her mind. However, the librarian is not concerned of events occuring upon Terole. A barely visible aura of white surrounds the old femme as she turns her mental eye towards Lavana. The violent planet does not reveal much, less in her search for Redwood's location. The Wolven cannot even fathom what could be delaying the Korat's return to Terole, her adopted home. At the very least, she would come back to let her people know that she was alive and formally pass on Governorship to her son. A low growl builds as Sake is still unable to pierce the shrouds around Lavana. No extra aid could she give the two Terolians who were to journey there. They could've used it.*

With all the excitment over this coin thingy it was easy to slip in. She sat observing all. The human, the korats, the librarian, and the xaerped. This coin must be important, they were all so worked up over it. She yawns and lies down, her hooves dangling over the sides of the pillow she chose. Hmmm...they were getting TFD. This would be interesting to watch. Yes, very interesting. TFD...was that the creature she had been talking to in the Expanse? Yes, she had looked as though she could hold up for herself. In fact, that was why the kriliki hadn't told her to bug off. Anyone tough was a friend of hers, but not because she was weak, but because they could come in handy. Tough friends could get you out of jams and that sort of thing. And besides, TFD had tried to be nice to her. Most just avoided her. Yes...very interesting...

He loped into at an easy pace, then sprung up to two legs, before snarling aloud, " T'kor de Roj." Then as if that settled matters, he let himself fall to the ground, not even bothering to pick himself up. Closing his eyes, the exhausted Hunter let sleep overwhelm him and his being, for of all the things, this is what he needed most, going without sleep or even stop for more then a month can be hard on anyone 'specially ragtag Hunter with no pack-clan.

**She turns to the elder Wolven, and nods her head politely, speaking in a hushed tone** Sake...I was wondering if you knew anything about the whereabouts of Shaekara...I'm starting to get worried...and another beast...a Canoid. He arrived enterd the Den a bit ago now...but around his neck was a Crazouli Stone... **she looks to the floor slightly, paining her even to say the next words**...it was...Collie's stone... **sighs and looks up** nothing else, except that I'm worried about Akartis...that Korat, Caleway, said Redwood sent him only to kill Skartis and take over Terole... **she shakes her head** ...but Redwood wouldn't do that...I know she wouldn't...but it gave me another thought...I never believed...**eyes look down once more**...I never believed that that war killed her...**the dark occuls flick up from the floor**...does this assure my beliefs...? That Redwood lives on?

Familiar with the Wolven's ways, he speaks quietly, so as not to disturb the other two. "I need to know whether my mother really did send Caleway. And I need to know what I can do to win." He adds wryly, "And for that matter, I could use some tea." The male grins, a little, but his frame suggests profound weariness.*

Waiting patiently for her turn she thinks about why she had decided to come here... then recalls the reason. She wished to learn more of Akartis, and Redwood, and the new being known as Andalyn. She was unsure of herself, and yet, knew she needed to talk to someone... Ayrist was sure she had a purpose here, she just couldn't seem to figure out what it was.*
