*The Wolven smiles. "I know of Andalyn. She is a good Korat, but truly average among her people. Was she not of Ana's line, like yourself, and had she not been raised well, she would be completely of the norm, of Korats. There is not much hidden beneath the surface with her; she speaks her mind and she acts on her thoughts." She waves a long-fingered hand as if to dismiss the thought. A fuzzy brow arches. "Yes, you have a purpose here. If you did not, you would not be here. You are one of Akartis's few friends, no? And you are a Korat, and by your very presence you bless Terole. A purpose, my daughter, can never be completed, it can only be done, and done for as long as you may. This, you know inside, and I confirm it for you." She pauses, seeming to think about how to answer Akartis and Redwood. "Akartis, you know him as well as I, though perhaps we know different aspects. He is afraid of failure, of being alone, of death and most of all, the death of Terole herself. He is strong, and can use the old magic, but it rips him apart every time. He has died, and been given a second chance, yet he forgets this quite often. He was tortured in the abyss, and tortured with each battle, but he will not stop fighting. He is weak when ruled by emotions, and strong when calm. Unfortunately, he thinks the opposite is true." Sake smiles, as though a grandmother reciting endearing faults of a grandson. "You know the rest, I believe. My friend Redwood...." The old female shakes her greying muzzle. "She cannot be told about, only experienced. I grieve to think she is not on Terole any longer, and I know there is a large chance that she perished in the war." Calm, warm golden orbs regard Ayrist. "That is all I know." She seems to pause again, and one hand drifts to press against her temple. "My child, if that is all you need, go to Akartis. He is in need of support. The fates declare that he shall die soon, and a sight of you would do him good, perhaps even give him the strength to win his fight." A rustle of robes, and she gestures towards the direction of the Den.*
