The young girl hesitated before answering. She was usually outgoing, but even so, she was cautious about accepting the woman's offer. It was true, she didn't really have any place to stay. She could just go back to the Center each night to sleep - they hadn't noticed her coming and going earlier, and they wouldn't change now.

However, it would be a lot more convenient to sleep here. After all, this woman seemed friendly, even though she was a stranger. A stranger - that was the only problem. When she was younger, she had been taught to never accept offers from strangers, not to talk to them even. She wished she could accept the offer, but she didn't even know this woman's name. "Maybe..." she said slowly and softly. She was itching to say 'okay', but caution warned her against that.
