Among, my co-leads on this quest, the Bearpride is the largest contingent and, consequently, they more or less sponsor this event, so what they think and whether they are willing will determine if this is a do-able thing.
You're right. This quest is very intense. It's very stressful. I know that, not only is there a lot of really tight, really good teamwork that takes place, there is also a lot of off-time preparation that goes on for each quest. As you all know, there is the newsletter that goes out to the co-leads on the weeks that we run a quest discussing times, strategies, teams, etc.. There is also quite a bit of "paperwork" that is involved, particularly through the ACVault PMs that we receive and send out from/to interested parties, etc.
*breathe* hehehe, what a mouthful!
Yeah, so I'm getting in the mood to go again. And I would REALLY enjoy having Radd/Medoc along, too, Doc. You and I would have a lot of fun together on this quest, the only one on Dereth, I think (other than Simulacra, but we'll get to that, too, on Morningthaw!) that we have not done together! And you would have a lot of fun with the group, too... it's a bunch of really AWESOME players/people that go along.
...That, and you'd get the warm fuzzy associated with knowing that you're helping run the quest with the best V-Ammy-Quest-runners on Thistledown.
Yes, I know that I say that A LOT, but it's only because I am 100% confident that it's true... even on the nights when I *do* die :)
