If you remember Quidditch - a very similar character - he is played by the same person, Lenin. I cannot remember what level he is, though, unfortunately.

Vasco, please let me know if you are ever in want/need of anything and I, as your patron will do everything that I can to help you get/do it! I am very certain that you will enjoy being a guild member, too - we do a lot of quests and fighting together and, though we are small, we're very tightknit (there are seven players among us).
