In this report, we keep players informed as to the state of some of the more technical aspects of AC, particularly the status of the servers for the various worlds, as well as to inform players of scheduled maintenance downtime. Upcoming Server Downtimes: Hotfix: August 23rd, 6:00 AM PDT to 11:00 AM PDT We wanted to update players and let you know that while we have discovered a few leads, some questions remain unanswered. We have scheduled an update to fix some known issues Thursday, August 23rd from 6:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M. (PDT). In the past few days, you may have also noticed some of the worlds going down with 30-minute notices. We've been working on some new server configurations to try to address these problems. Expect this activity to continue off and on for the next few days. A few external factors may also be adding to the difficulties. There have been some major Internet problems over the past few days (see the Internet Weather links located on the State of the Code ), and some older third-party applications seem to cause increased performance problems as well. Please note that during this time, transferring items can be uncertain. We will have more information available later today.
