I swore Tkarsa under me today, then made him level 2, so I am level 2, also.
While I was out fighting with Tkarsa, I ran into some trouble and a very nice guy named Natas the Fallen came to my aid. He asked if I wanted/needed a hunting partner and if I was interesting in forming a fellowship. So, I accepted, happily.
We were fighting in the warehouse in Rithwick and met a well-dressed young unarmed fighter named Drakkhen's Wrath. Natas asked if he wanted to join us, so our party became three. Very shortly, we realized that the drudges in the warehouse were too tame game for us!
Drakkhen suggested that we all hop over to Holtburg and allow his liege Drakkhen's Fury buff us, then go fighting together on his favorite low-level fighting hill, across the river. This sounded like a marvelous plan, so we took him up on the offer.
Little did we know that Drakkhen's Fury is high level and would throw level VI buffs on us!!!
Buffed to the teeth and raring to fight, the three of us set out for the Holtburg hills and fought, fought, fought. I am happy to report that Tkarsa is now level 4.
On one trip back to town for rebuffs, I thought it would be fortuitous to trade places with Tkarsa, so I asked the guys if they would not mind. They did not, so I quickly joined them while Tkarsa decided to take a rest for the afternoon (I will need help returning the things that he borrowed from Fa later on, please, if it's not too much trouble).
Well, buffed and ready to go again, we set out again for the hills to lay waste. What a great team we were and what fun we had!!
Long story short:
* I am almost level 7, as are Drakkhen and Natas both!
* I had an absolute blast with these two fellows!
* We all put each others' names on our friends list and have expressed interest in fighting together in the future!
* Once again, I am impressed, impressed, impressed with Morningthaw. With the exceptions of Sigh and Khalani, my friends on Thistledown have decided that they shall all be retiring so that we may double our efforts here in lovely Morningthaw with the wonderful experiences that we've been having here.
