Subject: '99 D Possessed! Dealer Stumped!

For no apparent reason, my car will just start decelerating and will not respond when I give it gas. The traction control off light will flash. I have to pull over, push the button TCL off, hold down the brake pedal and floor it. Eventually, my D will respond. It happens once a week, and the engine does not die. The dealer can't figure it out, and (of course) it won't do it for him. It's happened 3 times and is very dangerous on the highway at 75 mph. Any ideas? I love my D!!!
