Subject: Power Issues

I currently run a 600 watt amp for my 2 12' subs, I havent noticed too much of a drain on the electricals. I am looking into some underbody neons, I know little/nothing about them, Im concerned about the bulbs breaking, and the drain on the electrical sys. on the car, what steps can I take to avoid any problems with either of those issues, thanks..(I also had some exhaust work done, so pics will be forthcoming) -Tony
