I lay you odds the guy has never even touched a Diamante. What you'll likely get for your money is a word document with a couple of tiny generic photos of about the same (poor) quality as the auction, plus a generic piece of text with little detail and little chance of you being happy with the result. (I mean, come on - do you think a job performed with parts "you can pick up at a Home Depot") is going to be good quality?)
