i have 99 LS ,this is an advise to all dimante owner,dont go to the dealer for small problems ,they will charge a lot !! ,i did my major service every 15000 miles (350$ )very cheap comparing to U.S ,the worst thing in diamante is the brake rotors,what i did ??? iwent to a good mechanic who have a lot of experince in brake rotors and he drilled the original rotors (front)and it works better than before,it cost around(40$), for springs i cut about 2 inchs from the original springs and it cost me(50$),for diamante they are good cars but not as reliable as toyota's and honda's,i have toyota corolla 1993(370000 miles)and still running like new,ihave also 1992 range rover(180000 miles)no major problems until now ,and not to forget that i live in a hot climate( more than 50c in summer time )
