Nick, whats the best method of removing the panels? There in there pretty well, and Id like them to fit back in again. Id also like to avoid any damage to the AC ducts or any other sensitive parts behind the panels.

I had another idea, If I do decide to order a kit, and I can find a suitable material to reproduce it, I could use the kit I buy as a template and make more for the first gen. Id aim to sell them unpainted or primed as to allow the buyer to customize it in whatever way they wish. Something like $50-$60 for the unpainted kit, If that would at least cover the cost of the orignal kit (eventually) or the cost of the materials and shipping, If I do decide to do the template thing I wouldnt be too worried about making major profit.
