The corners on the 2nd gen D's aren't solo, but are part of the entire headlight unit. In theory, to "buy" clear corners, you'd have to purchase an entirely new headlight housing. Maybe this is one of the reasons it is next to impossible to find clear corners for this car. You can, however, clear them yourself from what I understand.
