I think someone here has disabled the Ride Control and then used regular struts. Its been awhile since it was mentioned so it may take some searching. As far as price of KYB's I got mine for the 93 from carparts.com for $225 shipped to my door. All 4 of them. They had some 1/3 off sale when I ordered them, making regular price about 300 bucks. They are nice struts. They will be very stiff for a couple weeks until they "break-in". So dont worry about how hard they feel right away. I will be looking for some more for the 94.
