Subject: Bwah. Hah. Hah. XD Xaemiggit.

Twin sets of amber eyes stared at the static mass of swirling light. "What is it?" murmured an ebony shade of long legs and speed-driven spirit, golden forelock falling into her wide eyes. "I don't know, FC," a jade green beast returned, ragged and lifeless-seeming pinions brushing the ground limply. Friends since cubhood, Hajrar and Morolla stared at the crackling Portal, Firecreed giving her beautifully carved blade a nervous twitch as the entity grew larger and cast longer shadows in the predominently green world of Nishao Kalimn. Khx flattened his mobile ears and bared pearly white fangs as the feral Portal hissed, sending up a gust of wind that ruffled golden flowers and green leaves. "I don't think I like this," Khx muttered, backing up a few paces and growling under his breath. FC, on the other paw, stepped forward, entranced. "I can see another world," she whispered in a dreamy voice, slowly moving towards the multi-hued entity. Khx flared his ears upwards in alarm and bounded to his friend's side, rearing up to settle on his hind legs and thus matching FC's height of six feet at the shoulder. Then, a creamy golden vision of an entirely new planet met his own wary gaze, and Khx too was mesmerized. "C'mon, Khiks," Firecreed whispered, automatically warping the Hajrar's name so that she could pronounce it without choking, "let's go." Without a second glance to their friendless home and their zealously-guarded lands, Morolla and Hajrar leapt through the Portal... and onto Terole.

Name~ Born on an alien world and raised without Morolla parents, she has no proper name, and thus simply calls herself Firecreed, due to the (fortunately carved before her parents' untimely deaths) flame-like shape of her tailblade. Her nickname is FC.
Appearance~ With a long and wavy mane cascading over her coiled neck and well-groomed flanks, FC's long-legged in the extreme and with an unusually skinny tail lacking the typical strength of a Morolla and only keeping the whip-like speed. She's black with golden eyes, mane, and claws, with a red-gold tailblade. FC's just grown into her height and is assuming the utterly gorgeous grace that is all Morollas' birthright. XD!
Personality~ Generally fearless, FC's a dreamer in the best way, though being raised away from her proper society has embedded different values into her - such as staying alive, honouring truth, and cherishing what little love and kindness she finds... hence her deep friendship with Khx, the male who she grew up with.

Appearance~ He has short, jade green fur, narrow, mint green claws, and rich goldenrod eyes. With lengthy, delicate paws with rough pads for better traction, nimble, powerful wings, and a streamlined body, this male is a good runner.
Personality~ Impressive and bold, he is very fast, emotional, and balanced. He has a quiet appearance, defined by his shy expression. Khx is wary of new things, but undeniably brave.

Home World~ Well, if you want a planet... then... Nishao Kalimn. But they're native to the moon of said planet, Eral.

Height at the Shoulder~ On their hindpaws (spine vertical) they're from 4.5 to 6.5 ft... on all fours they're probably 4 to 6 ft.

Species' Description~ Ohh boy. Raptorine head, longish arched neck, equine ears, feline eyes, whiskers, and Koratian teeth. They can go on all fours or on their hind legs with the utmost of ease. Their limbs are very muscular, though the muscles may appear deceptively lean in some breeds. Their paws also vary from breed to breed. Their torsos are deep-chested and narrow-waisted, very flexible. They have long, prehensile, and powerful tails. They have fur. They have oversized wings that are very powerful but when folded appear ragged, limp, and useless. Their senses are superb. But that's the very basic. You want detail, take a look at:

Breeds~

Black with red claws and silver/blue eyes OR red with black claws and silver/blue eyes are the biggest males. Silver with blue claws and red/black eyes OR blue with silver claws and red/black eyes are the biggest females. They have huge, scythe-like claws, broad feline paws, a hugely muscular and heavy built, and are also the tallest. They tend to be leaders.

Green with yellow/orange eyes are the 'average' males. Yellow with orange claws and green eyes OR orange with yellow claws are the 'average' females. They're long-legged, second tallest of the breeds, and usually the most slender. They are just as strong, however, and tend to be the best fliers and runners, able to exceed 300 mph in flight or race. Their claws are narrow but razor-sharp, and their paws are slim and elongated for the best traction. They're also the most flexible.

Purple with white eyes are the smallest females. White with purple eyes are the smallest males. However, whites tend to be stocky and very muscular, slower than the other breeds but usually stronger and much more enduring. Purples pride themselves on their utterly petite size and therefore their agility, both in flight and on the ground. They're the only breed that can beat greens, yellows, and oranges in that field of movement. Purples also tend to be the most intelligent, and whites tend to be loners. Purples have a slender and almost too-thin frames, with hand-like forepaws and slim, elongated hindpaws, and thin, curving claws. Whites have broad but short paws with thick, sharp, but short claws.

All breeds have incredible endurance and they pride themselves on their strength, no matter what the breed. Every breed can fly exceptionally well, with some preferring endurance flight or speedy/agile flight and 'training' themselves to achieve that. A rare, much-coveted ability is the talent to shoot lightning-like energy blasts from the mouth, which is usually the same color as the Hajrar. This isn't entirely a born-with-it thing, it can be cultivated, but some individuals just can't do it. Hajrars don't need to eat that often, probably a good gut-stretching meal every week or so, and water they need only in small doses every day. They can live without both water and food for months if need be, though their quick-healing and their tempers will suffer for the deprivation.
