~*~Individual!~*~
Name~ Tam'ka
Appearance~ Depending upong the state in which she resides her appearance could be many different things. A creature of mood, the color and attitude of her form is based solely on the emotion she's feeling at the moment. Though hard to control, she has managed to retain shade even in the extremist situations in which one might not think that the mortal mind could hold itself together.
Personality~ Moody and silent to her personal feelings, Tam'ka is quick to judge and give her ideas. Though not a bad judge of character, she has been known to hold a grudge and allow it to interfere with her perception of certain beings. However, her harsh ways are coated with the sly and ver present guise of sarcasm, making her an odd and cynnical character with which to be associated.
Age~ Though her species is relatively new to Terole, its people (or creatures shall I say) go back hundreds of thousands of years. Each resides in a semi-mortal state until they have served the purpose for which they were created, a given destiny at the time of their birth. Once this has been completed they reach a new level of life, that of the immortal. While semi-mortal they can die due to injury and illness, but age has no effects other than to show the progression from kit to adult. Tam'ka is a kani, a stage between adolescence and adulthood, and has not fully learned the extent of her abilities.
Gender~ Female
Species' Name~ Jisani
~*~Species!~*~
Species' Name~ Jisani, in the old language it means strong willed, though many now take it to mean stubborn.
Height at the Shoulder~ Females, as in many species, tend to be lesser in height than males, anywhere between one and two feet, in fact. Males have a standard size, 5 feet at the shoulder when on their hind legs, three standing on all fours. Females, with a shorter body length are generally three to four feet on their hind legs and two to three on all fours. Males are also longer from nose to tail. As opposed to the females three foot span, males are five to six feet long. Wingspan however, is determined by birth order. The eldest kit will be born with the largest wings. All there after with have smaller and smaller. It is a rare occurance to see a Jisani without wings, in all her travels, Tam'ka has seen none like herself.
Species' Colors~ Creatures devoted to emotion, they show it very well. Each color holds special meaning, thoughts controlling it. Like a shadow, the color will darken or brighten temporarily, or change altogether.
Temperment~ Its undetermined as a collective group how the Jisani act, after the kit stage, each is left to themselves, designated to finding their own predetermined destiny.
Species' Description~ Covered in a downy fur, these quadrupeds have often been mistaken for misshapen (and colored) panthers. A small cat-like face dotted with wide almond eyes is illuminated by the wide, pointy tufted ears atop their head. Their wings are spctacular, Males with reptilian or dragon-like wings, and females with those of soft feathers. Long tails serve to keep balance when both walking and flying, yet those born to a litter who have no wings, are born with no tails at all, making them much like a lynx in appearance. Broad paws and strong legs carry them on foot, allowing them to attain amazing speeds.
