Hi Justin,

I'm going to forward your message to others for more input but as for coordinating the efforts, we've made frequent use of group emails and several helpers have stepped forward to take lead roles in various areas. Some have been 'parental' for the boys, others have kept us informed of needs by email updates, making phone calls, etc. The women's bible study group put together a plan to help the boys learn many domestic skills; house keeping, grocery shopping, cooking, etc. These women divided up into teams with their 'assignments' and made visits to the boys home on weekends for a period, until they were settled. Over time, a network of dedicated helpers seems to have emerged. We've been blessed with volunteers that are dedicated and communicate well to progress as far as we have - but not with God's help, of course.
