Nevermind, everyone. Let's have some analysis of the league now.

From Lai Wang's previous table, the standings are:
Recreio 20 46 (+49)
Energy 19 42 (+24)
Khalsa B 18 38 (+20)
Aquila B 19 38 (+12)

Now including yesterday's results, then it becomes:
Recreio 22 52 (Assuming Recreio won Khalsa B and HKUSU)
Energy 20 45 (+27)
Khalsa B 19 38 (+20 - x)
Aquila B 19 38 (+12)

The maximum points for Khalsa B and Aquila B to get would be 38+9=47 points. However, they will have a face-to-face game later, so either one or both will drop points.

The worst scenario for us would be losing the 2 remaining games and we will remain at 45 points. If there is a winner between Aquila and Khalsa, then the winning team will be at 47 and the other at 44 (assuming they win all others). Then we will be 3rd.

If a draw, then all 3 (including us) will level on 45 pts. Goal differences will be the decider then. We are now having a superior goal difference of 15 above Aquila, so it is unlikely that they can overtake and hence again we will secure a 3rd at least. (Although everything could be possible.)

Lai Wang said the official rules stated that the top 2 could promote. The 3rd last year also promoted possibly because Recreio is having another team in Division 4. So it may be the same case again this year, though not sure.

The final word, we should secure our promotion by winning our games, according to Ah Son (未到手o既分數根本唔係分數). We should also not rely on the handing of the promotion spot to the 3rd team due to Recreio might not be allowed to promote. The real encouragement is, we will promote if we beat TIH this Friday.
