Subject: Exercise...

Bob stopped at the base of the mountain, a gust of dirt flying up all around his feet. He panted for a moment for he had ran all the way from the canyon at top speed without stopping. After a few minutes of rest, Bob took off once more, the mountains his sort of training ground. He lept over rocks and fallen logs. He pushed himself to the limit running at top speed up the mountain side and back down again. He worked on his agility, quickly running through the maze of trees. Bob went through an hour of this, an excellent training regimen, one that all top guards should do. He frowned, but no, they were back at the canyon playing with puppies, sleeping and god knows what else. He shook his head in disgust. He went back down to the base of the mountain and did a few quick sprints uphill and down again. One thing Bob took great pride in was his condition. He finally stopped, his blonde fur caked with dirt and his feet bleeding slightly from the sharp rocks on the mountain side. He sighed and sat down under the shade of a birch tree, panting heavily...
