Well, unfortunately I've had zero luck with the job hunt thus far. I've managed to score a temp job that has decent pay, but it's back at the same company that axed me. Sigh. I don't know how long it'll last for, but at least I can pay the bills for now. I hope I can make my money go till the beginning of next year, which is traditionally when the game industry hiring starts up again.

I haven't picked up Age of Mythology yet. I had the $75US collector's copy in my hands yesterday, but I put it back when one of my friends told me it was supposed to be onsale this weekend. I'll pick it up either Friday or Saturday (most likely Saturday).

If you're realy bored, you could challenge me at Sega's Rival Clash. It's an online mini-game in the Shinobi-tradition that's sort of like Rock, Scissors, Paper. After you choose a name, clan and fighter, you can type in my name ("saintfaucet") in the box to the top left and hit submit. Highlight my name and select fight.

The game is spread over approximately five rounds. You select five attacks and five defenses that are either short range, long range, or magic-based. To score a successful hit, you must select an attack type that your opponent didn't select the correct counter for. The whole game is based on pure luck since you'll have no clue what your opponent is choosing for their selections.

You can challenge random people, but so far I've only had my friends from work respond on the game.
