Yeah it gets a little complicated trying to balance it all out but after over a year I've got it all down to a science :-) I know what you mean about time for workouts, sometimes I find it hard to get motivated.

I was tired when I wrote that last message and I forgot a few things.

ProLab's N-Large2: I consider this the best weight gainer there is and to boot it tastes very good (the chocolate flavour that is) You don't need the 4 servings that they suggest because you will be better off with 2 scoops. That way you can mix it with smim milk for added protein. Milk also has some casin protein in it so it absorbs slower so you get a better mix of whey and casin. Mkae sure to use a blender so you don't sit there stirring forever. I use a 2 scoops with 400 ml of skim milk.

Multi-Vitamin/Mineral: Any brand will do so you don't need to get brand names. All you really need are the macro-nuntrients inside it. Right now I am using GNC's Mega Men vitamins because it was on sale and I had a discount so it worked out to the price of regular multis. It has energy boosting hearbs in it so we'll see how this works out.

FlaxSeed Oil: I forgot to mention one of the most important suppliments. This stuff is high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids which is basically a forgotten vitamin and has many good effects throughout the body. It raises Testosterone levels slightly and it is anti-lipogenic. Basically it means that your body is less likely to store excess calories as fat and more likely to burn it off as energy. Not to mention that it helps lower chlorestorol levels and that's always good :-) You should take 1 tablespoon for every 75lbs of bodyweight you have. But I have noticed that the more I take the stronger I become but I am still experimenting with this. Make sure you get the pure oil and not the capsules since you get more for your money. Once you open it store it in the refridgerator or it will go bad very quickly and keep it away from heat. Be warned though, some people hate the taste of it but I like it so it's a matter of opinion I guess :-)

You may be able to get your money back on the ATP serum. If you got it from GNC you can take advantage of their return policy. Return the bottle and say you didn't feel any effects from it and it made you feel a little sick. Then you should get your money back or at least store credit. You Should go for 100% creatine monohydrate (creapure) from a brand like Prolab or Pro Preformance (store credit). Don't get any creatine mixed with sugar like Cell Tech. It's a waste of money and not as effective as regular supplimentation. Muscletech (Celltech, Nitrotech,) is the joke of the bodybuilding comminity.

Now keep in mind that the most important part of bodybuilding is proper diet and a good workout program. I'll post on that later.
