I know what you mean about not being able to find the time to workout. Sometimes I have to drag myself into the weightroom I am so demotivated. But lucky for me I have my own power rack, bench, preacher curl bench, chinup bar, and dips station at home in my weight room so it's not like I have to drive all the way to the gym or anything. I find the best way to avoid skipping workouts is just to make it part of your daily routine, like breakfast. As soon as I get home I immediatly have something to eat, wait 1 hour for it to digest, and then hit the weights for an hour. Then I have the entire day after that to myself. Sometimes I am too tired to workout so I take a nap beforehand.

Well if you need any advise on bodybuilding stuff, like constucting a program, just ask :-)
