Subject: Confessions Of A Video Game Addict

Hey there, I'm Jason Jones. I have been playing video games since 1983 (4 years old to be exact). My brother Jerry, who has a white-collar job, is the only person in our family who's played longer than I have in video games (but isn't an avid player like myself). From the Atari to the XBox and GC, I was there. I was there to witness games for Atari, NES, SNES, Genesis, Playstation, Saturn, N64, Dreamcast, PS2, GC, XBox and much more (even that little cute Super Famicom Jerry bought in 1991). And through all that time staring at a TV screen for 19 years playing through many games (and even going to arcades to play them as well), I suppose that it is a good time to stow away the video game consoles and get along with life.

NOT!

I will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of when I played my first video game on January 17, 2003, 9:12 am. And when that time comes around, I will be back at the same TV (I still have it), the same game, same console, same controller, and the same setting (my dad's house). I will be reliving 20 years of video game greatness. From playing games of Super Mario Bros. (where I cleared stages on an average of 57 seconds) to sweating it in DDR machines, I was there. And I will still be there. I will continue to play until I die (or at least until systems stop coming out, my TV has too many connections to it already, trying to hold a Genesis, SNES, a NES, a PS1, a PS2, an XBox, a DC, a GC, a Saturn, a Dreamcast, a N64 and an Atari) all hooked up to this little device Jerry and I designed. It is called GameMaster. It can hold 30 systems maximum. All to this devil of a TV which has Bose systems, a DVD player and a VCR connected to it. Overload! Just kidding. They are connected to surge protectors (when I have to step through wiring everyday just to get to the mini-fridge 6 feet away).
I'd send you a pic of my room, but I don't have a scanner.
