My list varies just a bit;

X-Box: For now, probably Halo, only because the system has no other A rank games.
Gamecube: Melee is the Godly fighting game, I still haven't even come close to mastering it.
PS2: The only reason I'll buy the system for the time being is TM: Black Online. But soon, FF XI will be more than enough reason to own one. The PS2 is starting to look like it may come out on top of the system wars.
Dreamcast: Marvel vs Capcom 2. I can't stop playing the game once I start, it's friggin awesome.
Super NES: Yoshi's Island. Proabably my favorite platformer of all time.
PSX: The Godly game of PSX...I really can't think of one off the top of my head, there were only a few games games really worth playing.
Genesis: Sonic & Knuckles. The second best platformer ever.
N64: The Godly game of N64, Tetrisphere. I'm not sure if you've ever played it, but wow, it is simply a bad ass puzzle game.

Hmm, that's more of a "most played" list than a list of "Godly" games. But since those are the main reasons I would own the systems, I guess that makes them Godly in my eyes.

Ark (Don't ever get me started on the heydays of the SNES, which is, I believe, the greatest era of video games ever.)
