Well, I wasn't particularly fond of Shinjuku. (Demon City my ass!) I remember hearing Silver say she liked it though, so maybe I just didn't go to the right places there.

Shibuya was pretty nice. Lots of arcades and stuff to do and see. Check out the Mandarake store if you're there.

I also hear the Akihabara district is great for electronics and whatnot. I didn't get the chance to go last time, so I can't speak from experience.

Also, Haze mentioned something about a place called "Nakano Broadway", which he keeps insisting was awesome. This is another one that I can't speak on from experience since I didn't know where it was.

Have fun on your trip! I expect a full report... err... well... maybe in an e-mail.
