By the end of my back/biceps day I can barely hold a glass of my protein drink without fear of dropping it, my muscles just don't have the energy. After my leg/cardio day I can barely make it up the stairs without tripping and falling forwards, (squats will do that to you), which is unfortunate since my house has two flights of stairs that I have to take to get from my weight room to the kitchen, it's not exactly fun :-)
