People with androgynous names are probably used to this sort of thing, especially over the interent. If anything this has improved your odds to get a job there. I was told that employers are more likely to call you back if your resume is unique in some way from the rest. That way he will remember you and be more likely to go over your resume again. Seeing someone accidently refer to him as a woman would probably give him a good laugh and make him remember you application more.

The worst thing that can happen will your reply starting off with "Dear Ms Hartman". :-D
