"Nice to meet you Citizen Jessie." he says, "I'm Hurricane, Crime-fighter of fair BPC." He continues trying to catch fish. His tail had slipped into the water, and unknowingly Hurricane caught one. His face twists into one of suprise and terror. He darts a few feet away from the pond, a medium-sized fish attached to his tail. He realizes this and regains his stature. "Ah! Seems I have caught one!"
