^Toya cringed at her words, her tone of voice. For some reason, every time she spoke to him or towards Oaken, a disgusted chill ran through him. It was a familiar chill though...she seemed familiar. Or, at least she seemed to resemble a different wolf that he, nor anyone else for that matter, seemed to be able to stand. But...who??? He thought hard for a moment, pulling out memories of wolves and coyotes alike that he couldnt stand. Then, he hit an exact match...Devine...oh how he despised that stupid broad of a wolf. And he didnt seem to know a whole lot of coyotes and wolves alike who didnt feel the same. Already he was seeing some of the exact traits of that...thing...in Ice. The being all kind and goody-goody towards him, the 'trying to help my dear, dear Oaken' like he'd seen in Devine, the sappy giving-her-life-story and how she never really trusted wolves herself and suddenly came out with this deep dark 'secret', and even the calling him "doll". His attitude totally changed as of then. He could not, no, would not have another Devine-like wolf trying to get Oaken all to herself. He looked at her then, his eyes slightly narrowed, looking her over, and let out a low growl.^ Listen, I know how to take care of Oaken thank you very much, we all do. We have a fine cave somewhere here in Black Pines that is just as good as this thing you have here. And honestly, I dont really care about your life story anymore than I do any other wolves life story in this damn pack. Ive heard too many stories that sound, ironically, practically IDENTICAL to yours, and frakly Ive heard enough of them. You sound a lot like a wolf that tried to ruin Oaken by saying that she supposedly "loved and cared for him dearly"...ha. It was all a lie. Now Ive said this once to her, and I'll say it again to you, as I can see already that you're practically like the second Devine. He does not belong here with wolves, he is a coyote, and he belongs with his kind. And I am NOT about to let another Devine-double try to come in and lure him back into this place again. Sorry to burst your bubble. ^He said, stating his mind, and leaving nothing out. No sugar-coating. He was going to make SURE she understood him.^ Thank you for tending to him for this short while. Now if you'll excuse me, we can take it from here. We're taking him home, where he belongs. ^He said, then looked at Oaken^ Oaken, come on...lets go...please. We need to get back to the cave. We'll carry you if you need it, just let us know. But we need to start heading back soon before the snow gets any deeper. There's plenty of food, water, and furs back at the den, you can recooperate completely there, home. Then, just think, once you're all rested, we can finish the work on Taz. You, do still want revenge on the fool, do you not? Or is there yet another one in which you wish to taste their blood? ^He said with a grin and a devious wink at Oaken, chuckling slightly.^ Now come...we should be going...now. ^He said, shooting one last look at Ice, awaiting for Oaken to come...^
