Subject: Anyone on? I have an intresting story and I kind of have nothing to do... Author: Riverwind the banged up beast [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 21:37:05 01/01/02 Tue I kind of scraped by knees up really bad so it hurts to walk around so I'm kind of stuck doing nothing. How this happend is very intresting, really. I was sledding in a friends back yard (they live out in the sticks and have a ton of hills) at a New Year's Eve party and I had gone three times already and whipped out bad every single time, like rolling half way down the hill and it was my fourth time and I was taking the best sled (it was an intertube and they have an anthill right in the middle of the sled path that acts as a jump and when the intertube hits the jump it USUALLY just slides right over) and when I got on I went hurdeling down the hill. It was so awsome it felt like I was flying! Atleast untill I got to the end when I went flying face first into the snow at a high speed. That's when I scraped up half my face and my knees and my friend came down to check on me and hit me with her seld accidentily so I got help and limped up the hill and did nothing for about an hour then started limping around and watching people play Spoons. Just when I was about to leave, I got an award for handeling the knarliest whipe out with grace. That was pretty cool but now I look like a wreck! ^_^ But it was worth the 12 seconds of speed... Once I was chopping up some leaves (for fun) and I was using some little cutters that were rusty and sharper than siccors and I snipped the tip of my finger off except for one little thread. Then i peeled it up an put it back where it should have been, tied it there, and it molded itself back on. It was gross while it lasted tho. Now I have a complete finger. One time I was opening a can of tuna and I couldn't open it. I pulled hard and it finally came off but sliced the middle part of my finger and I was bleeding a LOT but it didn't really hurt, lol. I still have the scar. And one time I was walking down some stairs outside in dress shoes and it had just rained, and I slipped and rolled (yes, rolled) down half of the steps. It scraped the skin off my elbow. Well, after scab was gone and wound healed, I went bike riding. I turned a corner, and BAM, i scraped off all of the new skin. I still have the scar to prove it. And another time, i went over to friends house, and hey said: this cat wont hurt you. and dumped it in my arms. It then jumped and using its back feet to push off, left a gouge in my left arm from claws. I was bleeding all over the place and my friend didnt even notice. (and i was spillin gallons too!)
