Our rabbit had the same problem - he wouldn't eat or drink and had a head tilt problem. The vet thought it was an inner ear infection and put him on Baytril - an antibiotic. That helped the head tilt but he still didn't eat or drink. Finally the doctor told us to mix his food with water, and let the food absorb the water so its softer. The pain in his ear could be affecting his teeth (same as us, they're all connected) and the hard food was causing him pain. Worked for us, at least he's eating now. We still have problems with the water, and have been mixing it with a little apple juice or grape juice, which seems to work. At a minimum he is getting the water from the food. Would greratly appreciate anyone's advice on how to get him to like water again!!
