Cristina, the fleshy sacs by your rabbits genitals are nothing more than his scrotum. The first time you notice them it can be a little shocking but it is normal. I have 2 males and was completely blown away when I first saw the scrotum. One of my males has now been neutered and the scrotum is very small now (not noticable at all), so if the look of it bothers you perhaps you should consider having him neutered, which is a good idea anyways unless he has been bought for breeding. If you are still worried about your bunny you can always take him to the vet for confirmation.
