Hi

This is fairly normal behaviour for an unsterlised female (and some sterlised ones as well!). She's just protecting her area and doesn't want you messing around in there. Don't provoke her as this can be a warning before you get a paw boxing or nipped.. and they sure can take a good nip if they want too!

Think seriously about getting her sterelised if she's not. Try not to approach her too quickly or from above. If she's out and about in the house, lay on the floor.. she'll probably be crawling all over you in no time. Also keep in mind that some rabbit just don't like to be handled at all. I've had one of my buns for 3 years (since she was a baby) and she will only now let me occassionally give her a nose rub, but she will quite happily jump on my lap if I don't touch her.
