Subject: bunny poo keeps sticking to his bum in big lumps.

my male house rabbit's tail is tucked to the side and he keeps getting his poo stuck to his bum in big lumps. I wash it off with anti bacterial shampoo from the vets this has been going on for over a month. his tail is getting slowly more upright and he is otherwise healthy. I feed him hay, grass, greens, carrots and a dried food mix. None of my other rabbits are affected. He has been treated with rear-guard to stop maggots forming and the vet has treated him for diaorrhea but it keeps happening. I wondered if he has been stung by a wasp on his bum? Any ideas?
