Subject: What could have happened?

Hi, I'm just visting but I have an unanswered Question that maybe one of you would know the answer too. I had an albino bunny that died resently and I am very upset about this. I don't know what happened to him!
He was an outdoor bunny, (I brought him in every night for about two hours) but at the time of his death, he was in a three season outdoor room to keep the wind off of him. The temps were below 0 and so I had a mini heater about a foot from the outside of his cage so that if he got cold he could go in his corner and just get a little touch of heat. (it was bearly warm) Anyway, he had a well balanced diet, plenty of water, food, and fresh hay. So, I went out one night to take him in and he was gone. This was so unexpected. He looked fine, like he was just lying down for a rest. There was no obvious causes of death. WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED???
My bunny was only two years old, and about 5 weeks before he died, I took him in to the vet because he had a patch of hair that was missing, and the skin was raw. She gave me some antibiotics, and two weeks later, at the check-up, she said he was fine. I've heard that albino animals die sooner than others. Is this true? Could it have been possable that he chocked on his food? He acted fine the night before he died. WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED???
