Subject: Is she hurt?!

Well I think I have a minor problem, but I need your help!We have had a rabbit for about 3 months now.We decided to get another bunny. They spent the night together and whenever the male tried to mount the female she would run around the cage repeatedly even after he stopped chasing her.Right now they seem to get along. But when me or my boyfriend sticks a hand in when we scratch her butt (which she LOVES, and leans into our scratch) she now makes this funny noise. Its different from her"I'm mad and going to bite you"sound its like a moaning whining grunting....Is she ok?Is this normal?Right now they are loose reeking havoc in the house and playing chase, and she seems to be really happy. We only got this new bun yesterday.I just want to know if I should be concerned. The other bunny isn't very aggresive,so I don't think he hurt her.I just want to know what that sound meant, and if shes ok.
